Price & return policy

Prices

• Prices are for the smallest size. Bigger sizes and bulk orders are quoted on WhatsApp (valid 7 days).
• The price on the website when you pay is final. Later price changes do not apply to paid orders.
• If a price is shown wrongly, we may cancel the order with a full refund.
• Plants are living; size, colour and flowering may differ from photos.

Payment & delivery

• Pay only to UPI 9973587221nursery@ybl (PARIJAT NURSARY) or in cash at the nursery.
• An order is confirmed only when payment reaches our account.
• Delivery charges are shown before payment. Dispatch in 3–7 days.
• Wrong address or no answer: re-delivery is charged again.

Cancellation

• Before dispatch: free, full refund.
• After dispatch: no cancellation.
• Bulk or specially prepared orders: cost of plants already prepared is deducted.

Returns & replacement

• All returns and replacements are at Parijat Nursery's sole discretion.
• No returns for change of mind.
• Dead, damaged, wrong or missing item: WhatsApp photos within 24 hours of delivery, before planting. After checking, we decide whether to replace it, give credit or refund the item price.
• Not covered: planted or repotted plants, transplant shock, or damage from care, pests or weather after delivery.

Refunds

• Paid to the same UPI account within 7 working days.
• Delivery charges are not refunded unless the mistake is ours.
• Store credit is valid for 6 months.
