What we collect

Orders: your name, mobile number, delivery address, PIN code and the plants you order, with the amount.
Questions: name, mobile, village or town and your message, when you use "Ask a question".
Account: mobile number or email, used to sign in and to show your orders.
Payments: paid on the Razorpay payment page. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. We receive only the payment status and payment ID.
On your phone: the app keeps your cart, saved plants, past orders and the name, mobile and address you typed on your device, so you do not retype them. This stays on your device.

Why we use it

To confirm, pack, deliver and support your order, and to answer your question.
To show your orders and payments when you sign in.
To keep our records and follow the law. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounts and tax records, then removed.
You can delete your account from My account on the website or in the app (Account → Sign in). You can also ask us to delete or correct your data by WhatsApp +91 95767 56709 or email parijatnursery1994@gmail.com. We act within 30 days.
Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes everything stored on your phone.

Children

The app and website are for adults who buy plants. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
